Experienced Attorneys
Opportunities for experienced attorneys to join the Bureau of Consumer Protection are currently available in the following divisions: Division of Advertising Practices, Division of Enforcement, Division of Financial Practices, and Division of Marketing Practices. The Bureau also currently has vacancies in FTC’s Northeast regional office (New York), Western regional offices (Los Angeles and San Francisco), and Southwest regional office (Dallas).
Candidates must have a J.D. or LL.B. degree from an accredited law school, be an active bar member of any U.S. jurisdiction, and have at least one year of post-J.D. legal experience. Candidates must also be U.S. citizens to be eligible for employment.
