File Documents in Adjudicative Proceedings

Documents for adjudicative proceedings must be filed with the Office of the Secretary. The paper originals, and requisite paper copies thereof, of all filings in adjudicative proceedings that must be filed with the Office of the Secretary should be (1) delivered to Constitution Center, 400 Seventh Street, SW, Suite 5610, Washington, DC 20024, or (2) mailed to the following address:

FTC E-Filing System

The new Administrative E-filing System (AEFS), which can receive public filings in adjudicative proceedings conducted under Part 3 of the Commission's Rules of Practice, became available for use on August 17, 2020. The URL for the new system is: https://adminefiling.ftc.gov/ftcefile
