The Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, in partnership with the University of Chicago Law School, Coase-Sandor Institute for Law and Economics, hosted an in-person and livestreamed Draft Guidelines workshop on Friday, November 3 at 9:00 am CT. 

The agencies recently released the 2023 Draft Merger Guidelines, and are reviewing comments from the public submitted online during the comment period at www.regulations.gov/docket/FTC-2023-0043.
