The ABA Oral History Project has interviews with:
- Pamela J. Harbour, Commissioner, 2003-2010. As noted above, Harbour had earlier served in the New York State Attorney General’s office, and has worked in the private sector. (Interview conducted in 2011.)
- William E. Kovacic, Commissioner, 2006-2011; Chairman, 2008-09; Vice Chair for Outreach, International Competition Network, 2009-11. As noted above, Kovacic had previously served on the Commission’s staff from 1979 to 1983, and as General Counsel from 2001 to 2004. He has been a Professor at George Mason University Law School and George Washington University Law School. (Interview conducted in 2012.)
