Diana and Ty –

I believe I am correct, but, in my post-holiday wake-up-and-get-back-to-work phase here, we have a filing, likely tomorrow, which means the 30 days would run at 11:59pm on Saturday February 4….would the parties be free to close on Sunday 2/5 or Monday 2/6, or does the waiting period expiration kick to Monday 2/6 at 11:59pm because of ending on a weekend? I think it expires when the 30-day mark is hit, whether it’s a weekend or not….

Please confirm.

Thanks and Happy New Year!
