To the extent the subsidies are given by entities outside of the government structure, each such entity must be listed and the respective subsidies described, even if the entity is granting subsidies pursuant to a government-sponsored / government-financed program. If the subsidies come directly from government agencies, they can be aggregated.

Good afternoon – would you please be able to provide additional information in response to the section of the HSR filing form requiring the disclosure of subsidies from any foreign entity or government of concern? In providing a brief description of the subsidy, should each government department or program a source of subsidy comes from be specified or would an aggregated subsidy amount and description be sufficient if they all come from the same government?
