Yes, a party may request early termination at any time. The request must be made to both the PNO and the DOJ. Either a hard copy letter or an email (to premerger@ftc.gov and premerger@usdoj.gov) bearing the request is acceptable.

Can a party request early termination of the waiting period on a pulled and refiled notification without having asked for early termination in the initial filing? If it is possible, how would one go about doing so?
