Subject: Inquiry- Item 6(b) for a General Partnership Acquiring Person

Hello,

I am writing to confirm that where a general partnership entity ("GP") is the acquiring person, the GP does not list its general partner or its investment partners in the response to Item 6(b), which outlines the requirements for a company, corporation, LLC and LP.

Please advise.
