All,

I have a question regarding Item 4(c).

I have a document that is a due diligence report. It is divided up into several sections, tax, HR, etc., and most of the sections are non‐responsive. There is a section on Growth Strategies that is responsive, which obviously makes the document as a whole responsive.

In some of the non‐responsive sections, there are supporting documents embedded within (they show up in the main documents as a non‐accessible icon). Assume these embedded documents are also non responsive, and relate only to the non responsive sections of the main document. Do I need to submit these documents as well?
