Subject: Electronic signatures

Good morning PNO Team,

I have a quick question about electronic signatures (DocuSign and the like). I understand they are not permitted for the signatures pages (affidavit and certification) for the HSR Form, but what about for the Item 3(b) document? Does the PNO have a position on using e‐signatures for the agreement?

Thank you so much,
