We are working on a filing with an overlap under NAICS code 621111(Offices of physicians, except mental health). It is our understanding that under Item 7(c)(iv) we are not required to list establishments owned by third parties where our client may provide medical staff, we are only required to list establishments that our client owns or leases where revenue under that code is derived.
