Sorry -that has always been a bright line. The language of the rule doesn't allow any wiggle room. It rarely comes up -almost always in deals involving a FERC review.

Is there any ability toseek an extension of the one year period of Rule 803.7(a), or otherwise avoidhaving to pay another filing fee?
