We represent a statewide health system composed of two corporate subsidiaries representing distinct geographies within the state. Our client is acquiring the assets of two hospitals located completely within the geographic region served by one of the geographic corporate subsidiaries.
Our questions are:
May the filing person/entity be limited to the geographic corporate subsidiary with appropriate disclosure of the UPE?
May we limit our response to items 5, 6, 7 and 8 to the geographic corporate subsidiary?
