What:The Federal Trade Commission will host the 12th session of its Hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century.

Who:The hearings will feature opening remarks by FTC Chairman Joe Simons on April 9. Commissioners Noah Joshua Phillips and Rebecca Kelly Slaughter will also deliver remarks, and will be joined by a distinguished set of panelists.
