The Federal Trade Commission held the fifth session of its Hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century initiative, with a one-day session at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. on November 1, 2018.

This video is a recording of the presentations on Alternatives to the Consumer Welfare Standard and a panel discussion on The Consumer Welfare Standard in Antitrust Law (Session 1).

This session rescheduled the hearing session originally postponed on September 14 due to inclement weather.
