What is the protocol for English Translations for foreign documents in Excel format?
For PDF documents, we include the original (stamped), a slip that says “English Version – Machine Translation” or “English Translation”, then the translated document.
For Excels, should we include the documents as separate line items (ex: “D-3 Foreign Document; D-4 English Translation of Foreign Document”) or should we just title two documents the same as the same but identify which is original and which is translation (ex: “D-3 Foreign Document; D-3 English Translation of Foreign Document”)
