Quantum Energy Partners VI, LP, Q-TH Appalachia (VI) Investments Partners, LLC, and QEP Partners, LP (collectively ‘‘Quantum’’) have asked the Federal Trade Commission (‘‘FTC’’ or ‘‘Commission’’) to reopen and set aside the Commission’s Decision and Order entered on October 10, 2023, concerning EQT’s purchase of certain assets of Quantum.
