The FTC plans to ask the Office of Management and Budget (‘‘OMB’’) to extend for an additional three years the current Paperwork Reduction Act (‘‘PRA’’) clearance for information collection requirements contained in the Telemarketing Sales Rule (‘‘TSR’’). That clearance expires on August 31, 2019.
