Chevron/Hess Corporation Petition to Reopen and Set Aside Decision and Order

Chevron Corporation and Hess Corporation (collectively, the ‘‘Respondents’’), have asked the Federal Trade Commission (‘‘FTC’’ or ‘‘Commission’’) to reopen and set aside the Commission’s Decision and Order entered on January 17, 2025, concerning Chevron’s acquisition of Hess.
