The consent agreement in this matter settles alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair meth-ods of competition. The attached Analysis of Agreement Containing Consent Orders to Aid Public Comment describes both the allegations in the complaint and the terms of the consent orders- em-bodied in the consent agreement- that would settle these allegations.
