Commissioner Noah Joshua Phillips speaker on "The Future of Digital Advertising: Regulators, Platforms and the Path Forward" panel hosted by Tel Aviv University in Israel. Panel will discuss the future of digital advertising, the role of regulation by policymakers and platforms and the implication of new technological paradigms. The virtual event is open to the public and media.
