Amended complaints:

  • The Commission has voted to file an amended complaint in the following matter: atariz.com, adding Gregory Lasrado as a defendant.

Consent agreements given final approval:

  • Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final its consent agreements with the following: Dunphy Nissan, Inc.; Marty Sussman Organization, Inc.; Norristown Auto Co., Inc.; Pacifico Ardmore, Inc.; Pacifico Ford, Inc.; and Northeast Auto Outlet, Inc.

Publication of Federal Register notice:

  • The Commission has approved the publication of a Federal Register notice announcing the second meeting of the Advisory Committee on Online Access and Security. This meeting will be held at FTC Headquarters, 600 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Room 432, Washington, D.C. 20580, on February 25, 2000. Substitution of two members of the Advisory Committee on Online Access and Security:

  • The Commission has voted to approve the substitution of two members of the Advisory Committee on Online Access and Security. The two new members of the Committee, both of whom were included in the original list of nominees, are: James E. Tierney, the former Attorney General of Maine, and Dr. Daniel E. Geer, Jr., chief technologist of SystemsExperts Corporation.
