The FTC and DOJ issued the final Statement of Antitrust Enforcement Policy Regarding Accountable Care Organizations Participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (the “Policy Statement”) in conjunction with the final rule issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”).
