WHAT: | The Federal Trade Commission and the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division, along with the Department of Commerce and the Department of Health and Human Services, will jointly host the first of three listening sessions focused on discussing ways to make prescription drugs more affordable for Americans by promoting competition. The first listening session will discuss anticompetitive conduct that impedes generic or biosimilar competition. |
