• Publication of Federal Register notice regarding the Draft Competitor Collaboration Guidelines:

The FTC shortly will publish a public notice in the Federal Register regarding the Draft Antitrust Guidelines for Collaborations Among Competitors, which were issued jointly by the Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice earlier this year -- 64 Fed. Reg. 54483 (1999).  

This notice formally extends the period for submission of views regarding the Draft Guidelines until February 4, 2000.  

Comments should be addressed to Donald S. Clark, Federal Trade Commission, Office of the Secretary, 600 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, D.C. 20580.
