The Federal Trade Commission today announced the following action:

  • The Commission has voted to approve Supervalu's request for a shortened comment period on its application to divest two stores in Casper, Wyoming, to Tidyman's LLC as noted in a press release issued on November 20, 1998. The Commission vote to shorten the comment period was 4-0. The comment period will expire on December 7, 1998.
