Re:Premerger Notification Requirements
Under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust
Improvements Act of 1976
Transaction Number: (redacted)

Dear Mr. Kaplan:

This is to notify you that the transaction between (redacted) has been consummated by the parties.

In connection with your letter dated October 14, 1983, please note that the reference in the second sentence of your letter to Section 7A(c)(5) of the Clayton Act is correct, but the cross-reference to 15 U.S.C. should be to Section 18a(c)(5). Presumably no further action will be required in order to correct this technicality.

Accordingly, since you have confirmed that the transaction is exempt from the requirements of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and the parties having consummated the transaction, we assume that your file in connection with this matter will not be closed.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely yours,
