FTC FY2009 Appropriation Testimony

For Fiscal Year 2009, the Commission was appropriated $259,200,000 through H.R. 1105-P.L. 111-8 the “Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009”, making appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009.
