  • Issue for Consideration

This dedicated mechanism lets interested stakeholders submit for the Bureau of Consumer Protection’s (BCP) consideration genuine ambiguities in the Commission’s rules, substantive conflicts between a rule and an existing statute or other rule, or other significant issues that may exist within Commission rules. BCP values this input, as it helps identify unnecessary or confusing Commission rules that do not benefit consumers or the marketplace.
