According to the FTC, Fashion Nova didn’t publish hundreds of thousands of negative reviews about its products and made average star ratings look better by excluding reviews with less than four stars.
Who was eligible to apply for a refund?
You were eligible to apply for a refund if you met all four requirements:
- You bought products from FashionNova.com before November 21, 2019
- Your purchase decisions were influenced by customer reviews and ratings
- You were not satisfied with the products AND
- You have not already received a refund for the products.
What was the deadline to apply for a refund?
The deadline was August 15, 2023. The FTC is no longer accepting claims.
