System Improvements Coming Soon
We’re excited to announce the RN system will be upgraded on Monday, July 14th. This upgrade is designed to enhance your experience and provide more secure access.
To ensure a smooth transition, please note the following important dates:
- On Wednesday, July 9th, at 12 noon, the current RN system will be taken offline. To ensure timely processing of RN requests, please submit them before 12pm on Wednesday, July 9th. Users will not be able to submit RN requests afterwards until the new RN system is available.
- On Monday, July 14th, the new RN system will be available. To access the new RN system, current and new users will be required to register and create a new login account starting on Monday, July 14th.
Note: This transition will not impact any valid RN. Any existing, non-cancelled RN will remain valid without a login account. You will need to create a new login account only if you wish to update or cancel the RN.

Businesses can use a registered identification number (RN) in place of a company name on the required label. Businesses can apply to the FTC for an RN or to update an existing RN, free of charge. An RN is not required.
