Following a public comment period, the Commission has finalized a consent order regarding the following: Svedala Industri AB/Metso Oyj Corp. The vote to approve the final consent agreement was 4-0, with Chairman Timothy Muris not participating. (FTC File No. 001-0186; staff contact is Matthew J.
