FTC SENDS CHECKS TO PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT WELLCO ANTENNAS AND SIGNAL AMPLIFIERS
The FTC is sending checks totaling more than $580,000 to people who bought indoor TV antennas and signal amplifiers from Wellco, Inc.
The FTC says that Wellco misled customers by falsely claiming that their products would let users cancel their cable service and still receive their favorite channels for free. The products were sold online under the brand names TV Scout, SkyWire, SkyLink, and Tilt TV.
If you get a check please cash it within 90 days.
