Dear Sirs:

As an attorney at (redacted) I am responsible for filing the Hart-Scott-Rodino Notification and Report Forms for a number of our clients. In order to serve our clients with minimum cost we have entered the contents of the Notification and Report Form onto our word processing system. In this way we can fill out the Form on the word processing system, print out the completed Form with answers, and make any corrections with a minimum of effort direct on the word processors. Pursuant to 16 C.F.R. 803.30 I would like to know if you will treat our form, a copy of which is attached, as an equivalent reproduction of the Notification and Report Form under 16 C.F.R. 803.1(a) on which we can make our filings.

Sincerely,

(redacted)
