Commission testimony to Pennsylvania House of Representatives: On Tuesday, October 11, Betsy Broder, Assistant Director of the Division of Planning and Information in the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, presented Commission testimony on Identity Theft and Data Security to the Select Committee on Information Security of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
