FTC SENDS CHECKS TO PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS
The FTC is sending checks to more than 35,000 people who bought the supplements Neurocet, Regenify, and Resetigen-D.
According to the FTC, the marketers of these three supplements used false or unproven claims that the supplements could stop pain and treat age-related ailments. The pitches were made primarily through direct mail campaigns.
The FTC first sent payments in October 2021 to people who paid $120 or more for the supplements, which resulted in more than $660,000 in refunds. Because there is still money in the fund, the FTC is now sending checks to people who paid between $110 and $119.99 for the supplements.
If you get a check, please cash it within 90 days.
