The workshop will feature remarks by FTC Chair Lina M. Khan, Commissioners Rebecca Kelly Slaughter and Alvaro Bedoya.

Jonathan Kanter, Assistant Attorney General of the DOJ Antitrust Division, Christi Grimm, Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services, and Jonathan Blum, Principal Deputy Administrator and Chief Operating Officer at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will also provide remarks.
