Consent agreements given final approval:

Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement regarding the following: DTE Energy Co. and MCN Energy. The Commission vote to finalize the consent agreement was 5-0. (FTC File No. 001-0067; staff contact is Dennis F. Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement regarding the following: Hewlett-Packard Company. The Commission vote to finalize the consent agreement was 5-0, with Commissioner Orson Swindle issuing a separate concurring statement. Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement regarding the following: Microsoft Corporation. The Commission vote to finalize the consent agreement was 5-0, with Commissioner Orson Swindle issuing a separate concurring statement. Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement regarding the following: Siemens AG and Vodafone Group PLC.
