Consent agreements given final approval:

  • Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final consent agreements with the following: Day Trading International; CompuTrade LLC, et al.; and Ellery Coleman d/b/a Granite Investments. The Commission vote to finalize the consent orders was 5-0 in each matter.   • Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following: Simmons Rockwell Ford Mercury, Inc.; Simmons Rockwell Autoplaza, Inc.; Don Simmons, Inc.; Donald M.   • Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following: Red Noland Cadillac, Inc.; R.N. Motors, Inc.; and Nelson B. Noland. Commission action regarding applications for approval:

  • Following a public comment period, the Commission has approved four applications for divestiture from the following: Fidelity National Financial, Inc. The applications concern Fidelity National's divestiture of certain title plants located in California to: 1) Old Republic Title Company (Merced, Napa, Yolo and Tehama counties); and Stewart Title of California, Inc. (San Benito and San Louis Obispo counties). The divestitures arise out of Fidelity National's acquisition of Chicago Title Corporation. The FTC vote to approve the divestitures was 5-0.
