FTC sends refunds to people who bought Lions Not Sheep clothing and accessories

The FTC is sending payments totaling more than $176,000 to people who bought clothing and accessories online from Lions Not Sheep. According to the FTC, the company used deceptive “Made in USA” labels and advertising on products imported from other countries.

Lions Not Sheep Products, LLC and its owner, Sean Whalen, paid money to settle the FTC’s charges. As a result, the FTC is sending 11,512 refunds by check and PayPal payment.

If you get a check, please cash it within 90 days.

If you get a PayPal payment, please accept it within 30 days.
