FTC Returns Money to People Who Bought CBD Products from Kushly Industries
The FTC is sending a second round of payments to consumers nationwide who bought deceptively marketed cannabidiol (CBD) products from Kushly Industries LLC.
According to a complaint filed by the FTC, Kushly made false or unsupported claims that its CBD products could treat or cure a host of conditions, ranging from acne and psoriasis to cancer and multiple sclerosis.
The FTC first sent payments in August 2022. Because there is still money in the fund, the FTC is sending a second round of payments to 253 people who cashed their first payment.
If you get a check, please cash it within 90 days.
If you get a PayPal payment, please accept it within 30 days.
