The Commission approved a proposed divestiture by ConocoPhillips, Inc. under the terms of the decision and order in the matter involving the recent merger of Conoco Inc. and Phillips Petroleum Company. Under that order, ConocoPhillips is required to divest certain assets and enter into certain agreements. Through an application filed with the FTC and announced on May 2, 2003, ConocoPhillips petitioned the Commission to approve the proposed divestiture of the “Colorado Assets” (as that term is defined in the order) to Suncor Energy, Inc. By a vote of 5-0, the Commission has approved the proposed divestiture. (FTC File No. 021-0040, Docket No. C-4058; staff contact is Daniel P. Commission approval of final consent order:

Following a public comment period, the Commission has approved the issuance of a final consent order in the matter concerning GUESS?, Inc. and GUESS.COM, Inc.
