The FTC, the United States Postal Inspection Service, the U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York, and the Manhattan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce hosted a forum that gathered law enforcement and community leaders, provided an opportunity to learn about the nature and extent of consumer fraud the Hispanic community is experiencing and developed law enforcement and consumer education strategies for addressing these problems.Ã¥
