I am working with (Redacted) and (Redacted) on the above-referenced (Redacted) HSR refiling. Per (Redacted) 6/27 letter, we will be refiling on (Redacted). Do we need to submit an updated Notice letter with the new Affidavit and

Declaration (and any new 4c documents) or do we simply refer to the original Notice Letter in the new Affidavit? Please advise.
