Dear Messrs. Christini and Harty:

Pursuant to Paragraph V.B.9. of the Order in the above referenced matter, the Commission has granted the request by Microgenics Corporation to extend the period during which Microgenics is obliged to obtain all necessary FDA approvals to manufacture and sell DAT Reagents. As a result, the date by which these approvals must be obtained is now extended to June 16, 2000.
