I think that the company ("Free Credit Report.com")should be made to refund all of the money they collected. They used Capital One Bank and especially targeted young people, including my son, with their first "free" credit card. At the same time they automatically signed them up for "Free Credit Report.com" When they did not cancel within the specified time - which was never clearly explained to them, they were charged $15 to 17 a month. That may not seem like a lot of money, but when that is multiplied by the number of accounts, it is considerable. He never received any kind of credit report from this company, only charges for their "service."
