From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
Article 1 of the Constitution states that Congress (by default Government, including the FCC) shall make no law to abridge the exercise of free speech. I oppose your intent to manage free speech by taxing the Internet and restricting access to the Internet. I also strenuously object to any objective to "bail out" journalism: be it newspapers, magazines, TV, radio or any other media. Let the free market work and keep the Government OUT of it.
