From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
The Constitution says, "Congress shall make NO law..." among many other inalienable rights, prohibiting free speech. When unconstitutionally appointed "czars" endeavor to tax particular types of speech, they have by default, sanctioned one, and restricted the other. Such procedures undermine constitutional principles and work only to the detrement of society. I urge you to reconsider any "taxing" of any kind of speech as in a truly free society one should have the opportunity to hear all sides of an issue.
