From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
Freedom of speech is critical to a free society. Journalism can exist in many different forms: newspaper, internet, television, radio, books, direct mail, etc. In a free society, the general public will support the forms that best serve their needs. It should not be the governments role to select or control which form of journalism is best for the individual. Why is this workshop needed? Why can't journalists adapt and better serve their customers?
