From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
The FTC workshops on "the future of journalism" appear to have a not-too-veiled focus on muting the conservative and independent media and providing unbalanced support to the liberal media. I urge the FTC to not forget the Constitutional rights of free press, and to remember those rights as a core value of our great nation. Let the free press be free. If the liberal media are losing audience and money, so be it. Haven't we had enough bailouts?
